Michelle co-founded Naples Network Services in 2004. Recognized as the Best in Business by Gulfshore Business readers in 2019, 2022, and 2023, the company also received the Business of the Month accolade from Collier County Commissioners in September 2021.
Michelle has delivered talks at various esteemed events. In January of 2025 Michelle spoke at The New You event where she delivered her Just Perk Up Speech about mental health. In November of 2024 she was on The Confident Entrepreneur podcast with Jennifer Johnson sharing business success through “right-sizing”. In October of 2024 she delivered a testimony about the power of class engagement at the Leadership Collier Annual Report event. She spoke at Voices That Inspire in September of 2024. She won the District 48 Humorous Speech Contest for Toastmasters in September of 2024. She addressed The Elephant In The Room event for Project Help at The Ritz Tiburon in February of 2024. In April of 2024 Michelle gave a testimonial at a Lunch and Learn for Lutgert Construction. Michelle shared an impactful speech for NAMI of Collier County in November 2023, spoke at Disrupt HR in October 2023, and delivered a speech at The Supervisor of Election’s campaign kick-off in September 2023. In May 2023, she received The Chairman’s Award from The Naples Chamber and delivered an acceptance speech. Her speaking engagements also include appearances at LUX Networking in July 2023, Leading the Ladies of SWFL in March 2023, The ASG Team Building Convention at The Ritz in June 2022, and the Clusterbusters worldwide convention in Chicago in September 2022. An active participant in the Naples Chamber, Michelle was recognized as Ambassador of the Year in 2019. She completed their leadership programs—Growing Associates in Naples in 2012 and Leadership Collier in 2014.
Since 2015, she has overseen the Youth Leadership Collier Application Evaluators. Holding the position of Chair of the Small Business Council since May 2018, she joined the Chamber Board of Directors in 2019. In 2023, she chaired the membership committee for their Strategic Planning and contributed to their Executive Search Team for their President.
Michelle holds the distinction of being the first worldwide support person for Clusterbusters.org, providing support to caregivers and supporters of cluster headache survivors. Her commitment to mentoring shines through her guidance of 14 students in the Champions for Learning Program and Grace Place. Married to Kevin since 1992, Michelle and her husband share two adult children and a Springer Spaniel named Shirley. They enjoy spending their free time boating.
